Developing a quality workforce is crucial to economic development. The Chamber works closely with local schools to nurture and support students to ensure that they have the skills, ethics and knowledge to be successful when they enter the workforce. The Education and Quality of Place Division will promote and support education in Fort Smith and enhance additional characteristics of our community so that we retain and attract individuals and companies to the Greater Fort Smith Region.
