  • Brochure Display - Only Chamber members are allowed to display their brochures in The Chamber lobby.
     
  • Chamber Mailing Labels - Send a message to the Chamber’s entire membership list by purchasing our mailing labels.
     
  • Lobby Display - Place a promotional display in the Chamber’s front lobby. With hundreds of walk-ins each month, this is a very effective and visible marketing opportunity.
     
  • E-Catalyst Advertising - Promote your company in the Chamber’s weekly e-newsletter which is distributed to more than 1,600 regional business people.
     
  • Event Sponsorships - The Chamber offers great sponsorship opportunities for business seeking quality exposure within the community and region at event such as First Friday Breakfast, Annual Banquet and Business EXPO.
     
  • Publications
    • Annual Report - The Annual Report is an annual publication by the Fort Smith Regional Chamber that is distributed to all of our membership. The Annual Report highlights the previous year’s events, membership statistics, financials and everything the Chamber facilitated throughout the year. This sponsorship opportunity is a great way to tie your business to the Chamber.
    • Fort Smith Business - Fort Smith Business is a quarterly publication that combines information and updates from the previous quarter to share with our members. Each issue provides update on the progress of the Top Ten initiatives, division updates, an economic development recap and announcements of new members.
    • Member Directory and Program of Work - Annual Membership Directory coupled with the 2011 Program of Work. The Program of Work is an annual publication that illustrates the initiatives and programs that our committees have developed for the next year. The Program of Work is also a tool to show new members and existing members areas available for involvement. This publication is also distributed to our entire membership.
       
  • Relocation and Visitor Packets - Each year the Chamber mails out nearly 9,500 relocation and visitor packets to people interested in or planning to move to our area. This is the most direct form of marketing we can offer. Put your business in front of all the newcomers to the Greater Fort Smith Region. The benefits for this sponsorship opportunity definitely outweigh the cost.
     
  • Ribbon Cuttings - Businesses celebrating grand openings, anniversaries, new locations or other special events may request a Ribbon Cutting. A photo of the ribbon cutting will be placed on the TV screen in the Chamber lobby as well as in the Chamber’s Fort Smith Business quarterly report.
     
  • Website
    • Business Directory - Fort Smith’s business directory can be found on The Chamber’s website. All members can be searched for by using their business name, category and/or keyword.
       
    • Job Posting -Take advantage of thousands of website visitors to promote your available jobs. Each Chamber member gets two weeks of job postings free per year.
       
    • News Releases - Members may provide news releases about important events in their businesses for inclusion on The Chamber’s website.

Other Opportunities

  • Door Prize Sponsor - Do you have a service or product you want to showcase to the membership at our events? Everyone loves a door prize! Be the center of attention for a relatively minimal investment. Door prizes must be valued at least $50 and we will use your door prize at the appropriate event of your choice or the next monthly event.
     
  • New Member And Prospect Folders - Every year close to 1,000-2,000 of these folders are distributed to new and prospective members by our Membership Director and staff. Take advantage of this opportunity to directly promote your company to these businesses.
     
  • Lobby Television Listing - The Chamber will run your pre-approved ad on our television located in the lobby. As you know, we are a catalyst for information for travelers, members, prospective members and area legislators. Several hundred people are in and out of our building a month. Put your company in the most highly visible spot in our building, our lobby. (Specifications available on request)
     
  • Membership Plaque Sponsor - Each year the Chamber chooses a photograph of an area of Fort Smith to highlight on more than 1,000+ plaques distributed to members. Members place these at their business storefronts for maximum exposure to the public and even at multiple locations. This is a great opportunity to get exposure for your business.
     
  • On-Hold Message Advertising - Your business can be one of two ads each month which continuously play on the Chamber’s on-hold phone message. With thousands of calls each month, your message will be heard by locals and visitors.
     
  • Conference Room Naming Rights - The Chamber’s conference room is available to the entire membership and is regularly used by members. Every time the board room is utilized (which is almost daily) or requested, the room will be referred to as: “The (Sponsor Name) Board Room.” You can’t beat the exposure!
