Chaffee Crossing

Key to the explosive potential of Chaffee Crossing is Interstate 49, a gateway from Canada to New Orleans. The four-lane highway will pass directly through the heart of Chaffee Crossing. Groundwork for 2.2 miles of interstate have been completed. Federal stimulus funds totaling $30.1 million have been allotted to complete another section of the road bed and two overpasses. Miles of paved roads and other infrastructure wind through the 7,000 acres of Chaffee Crossing. Along those roads are many buildings available for lease, creating opportunities for commercial retail and service businesses to have first choice on prime rental properties.
